What (if any) past experience do you have?  >I have some past experience on a server Called DopeRP i was a developer/Superadmin but unfortuantley the co owner deleted everything and went rouge so i stepped into place for co owner but the owner dosnt want to carry on with it any more.I also have a staffing experience on a server called CivantGaming, i went from tmod to mod to senior mod but i left becuase the staff team was toxic towards me and i didnt want to be around a toxic enviorment, i have some more staffing experience on some other servers but dont recall the names, i have pretty much been through all the staffing ranks and know most ulx commands and how to do the job properly. YOU think, should be required and expected of admins >Admins should be expected to take care of sits, watch out for rule-breakers and most importantly keep the server clean of minges, admins should be respectful and kind to the player base, they should listen to both people's views in sits and in general, admins should always record as evidence for a ban or a ban appeal. They should listen to higher-ups and obey there commands and orders. They should respect the ranks below them as well as above them and the player base. Why do you deserve a promotion? >I think I would be a great fit here in the DynamicRP staff team because I'm hardworking, respectful and willing to do whatever it takes to proceed to grow this server and its community. I have all the experience needed to staff and have the right mindset to do so. I know all of the ulx commands such as jail, unjail, jailtp, strip and all of the other main commands. I know the rules of the server and what is allowed and what isnt so i think i would be the perfect fit here in the DynamicRP staff team. Regards, Speedy
