If not, can you be? > I am What (if any) past experience do you have? > I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a Senioradmin position on YoshiCraft, a 80 slot public server . It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on FlyingGabe, a small 30 slot which usually had 15 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing. Its to navigate the bombs or Rdm , nlr and Failrp and make all players at peace with the server rules but like the fierce ocean you can be calm and still but when needed can form a tidal wave of warns to keep the players from misdeeds and wrongdoings. ITs expected to be calm and friendly to the players always putting them first making sure they have a good time. Its expected to to be there supportive but also unseen. You don't want to warn someone because it makes them angry but have to. It can also remove the immersion of the RP genre. Alltogher an admin should be unseen to the public but always there for the wrongdoers. Why do you deserve a promotion? (Min. 100 Words) > I'm applying for a position not a promotion. However I love the gmod community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team. just in short I love the common jokes, I have fun with what I do, and do a some stupid things, though I am serious when the matter requires me to do so. Additional Information > I am a 16-year-old boy who likes playing games (especially gmod). My favourite game genres are: Real Time Strategy, Role-Playing Games, Sandbox and (occasionally) First Person Shooters. I live in the United Kingdom and I am generally very friendly. I may seem like a bit of a tease or a mean person on the server sometimes, but I never make anything personal unless someone insults me first. I might make fun of someone not being as wealthy as me on the server, but I won't insult somebody's mother because they raided me or something etc. I can be very mature when I want to be and due to that and my relatively good use of grammar, punctuation and spelling people have mistaken me for being older than I am. Hmm, I don't know what else to say that is pretty much a complete summary of what I am like. I hope this application was enough to get me a place as one of the staff (or even consider to be one)
