I think admins should dedicate lots of their time to being On-Duty, so they can help players. I also think that they should only be staff on 1 server as if they try to be an admin on multiple servers then it will make it hard to administrate all of them with equal time. I think that admins should not use their role for the benefit of the server and not themselves. Finally,  I believe that admins should enjoy what they’re doing as if they don’t then the negativity will spread to the rest of the players and the admin will make horrible decisions. Why I Deserve A Promotion: I think I would be a good candidate for the server’s staff team because I have lots of experience dealing with players. I also have an extensive knowledge of the server’s rules and mechanics. I am very familiar with GMod and all of the game’s functions and am a fast learner. I am very intelligent and can listen to any instruction given. I will do as I am told and if I am demoted/told what I am doing is wrong then I will accept any punishment as opposed to fighting and arguing.
