But most of all admins/staff should be able to keep their cool in the heat of a moment and be able to handle a situation with care and ease and there should be a fair outcome. I think that a admin needs to listen to both sides of a story then make his/her decision on what the punishment should be and be able to back up his or her reason of why that outcome has arose. Staff should be able to follow the rules whilst enforcing them and keep the community safe so members and non members can have a fun, enjoyable experience on the server. Why do you deserve a promotion? (Min. 100 Words) >To be honest the server is popping at the min and i believe that the server will arise to the point of it having max players every day. So there for more admins will be needed and events would be good to take place to keep the server on their toes and getting them to do other rings as well as rping. I also believe i have been very loyal to the server so far and have respected everyone on the server and all the admins to by not getting any warnings/bans. Additional Information >I like trains
